Associate General Counsel
The candidate will provide guidance and support for all aspects of the company?s legal dealings, specifically working with each department within the company and legal support including review of contracts, litigation coordination, corporate formalities, real estate transactions, public policy review and interpretation, internal and external legal communications and drafting, as well as providing general legal advice and counsel relative to each department's needs. Will understand the legal needs of each department of the company. Working with department heads to create a strategic and legally sound solutions to business needs. Drafting and review of all types of agreements and provide legal support to all company departments, including manufacturing and supply agreements, service agreements, intellectual property licenses, assignment agreements, real property agreements, and other general corporate communications and agreements. Extensive research regarding regulatory issues and state laws relative to federal and states' approach to business endeavors, particularly in the contact lens industry. Research and review of case and regulatory precedent pursuant to corporate strategies, litigation, and policy concerns.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
