The Assistant General Counsel will be a key member of the Legal Department and will provide legal support for senior executives, including at times the CEO, the CFO, and Senior Vice Presidents for Product Development, Sales, Marketing and Supply Chain Logistics. The Assistant General Counsel will report directly to the General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer, and will work closely with the other Assistant General Counsel. The Assistant General Counsel will support the General Counsel in providing legal counsel and support for various corporate, strategic and tactical initiatives.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
