Customer Service Representative
Hours: Rotating schedule
Pay: 10.00 - 13.61 hr
Customer Service Representative resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, expediting correction or adjustment and following up to ensure a resolution.
This position requires the ability to work in a fast paced environment, have clear and concise written and verbal communication skills. Proper grammar and spelling is a must. Must be able to work well in a team environment. Must be able to analyze situations and make decisions with confidence and have good problem solving and analytical skills.
