Summary:
Property management company seeks:
Team members displaying integrity, loyalty, confidentiality and professionalism at all times with co-workers and clients
Full-Time, Paid Hourly
Proactively seeks ways to relieve CEO of administrative details
Must be flexible on end time each day as CEO may have last minute tasks that must be completed before leaving for the day
Maintain business and personal calendars, schedule meetings, make travel plans, and manage CEO budgets (Quickbooks)
Some personal errands and responsibilities for CEO
Company SOCIAL MEDIA responsibilities
o Plan and implement new social media strategies for the company
o Create and maintain various social media accounts (Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, blogs, etc)
o Develop and maintain the social media programming calendar
o Create content and videos for various online campaigns
o Provide regular reporting of social media campaigns, identify areas of improvement and implement new strategies
o Be an advocate for the company in social media spaces. Engage in dialogue and answer questions when appropriate
o Monitor trends in social media tools and applications
COMPANY MORALE OFFICER
o Supervise/Lead all company party and activity committees
o Plan and administer staff activities and parties
o Supervise birthday & company bulletin board coordinators
o Track important anniversaries and employee life events
o Recognize employee achievements in formal and informal ways
o Company Internal & External Newsletters
o Administrate company clothing/uniform program
o Administrate company marketing giveaways/programs (swag)
Assist CEO in developer/builder relationships and management of new associations
Compile data and generate spreadsheets (Excel)
Compose memos, letters, and correspondence (Word, Publisher)
Prepare documents and other materials for presentations
Take, transcribe and distribute notes for managerial meetings
Handle ongoing projects as assigned
Maintain appropriate files of personal and professional documentation
Accomplish out of office errands
General community manager assistance
General office assistance
Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years experience of administrative assistant experience
Associates degree or equivalent work experience Ability to handle a variety of projects simultaneously Self motivation and problem solving skills a must Excellent listening and restating skills Strong oral and written communication skills Attention to detail and follow through Intermediate computer experience (Microsoft Office and Windows platform) Customer focused Fluent English/Spanish speaking a plus (but not necessary) Pleasant demeanor Good sense of humor
