Job Description:
Schedule appointments
Make financial arrangements with patients
Accounts Receivable Reporting
Work with insurance companies to submit claims and maximize patient benefits
Answer and educate patients about treatment that needs to be done
Work with past due accounts
Organize and update office information
Complete month end reports
Handle customer service complaints with a smile
Perform additional duties as delegated by the dentist
Working knowledge of computers for word processing, Excel, and dental software programs
Business background or an associate's degree a plus
Dental field experience a plus
Organized and detail oriented person
Ability to prioritize and organize tasks

Hours:
Monday 7:45 - 5:00
Tuesday 6:45 - 3:00
Wednesday 7:45 - 5:00
Thursday 6:45 - 3:00
Some Fridays as needed

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
