For our Customer Service Representative we are looking for a motivated, adaptable self-starter who can be stern but is pleasant & confident with telephone skills.
This representative must have exceptional customer service communication, maintain a positive attitude, be able to analyze and understand customer needs, and communicate clearly.
Qualifications:
Must have reliable transformation!
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous customer service experience preferred, but not a requirement.
understanding of standard office software
Demonstrate communication and problem solving skills, and the ability to act/decide accordingly
