Qualified team members possess the following:
Prior sales experience preferred; Basic computer proficiency; Excellent phone and communication skills; Responsive to coaching, training, and mentoring; Excellent active listening skills; Effective team player; Adaptable to change; Strong interpersonal skills; Ability to follow scripts and performance processes; Reliable, punctual, and attentive to detail; Able to attend occasional team meetings outside regularly scheduled shifts;

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
