Construction Superintendent / Project Manager
Established home building company seeks experienced Project Manager/Construction Superintendent, responsible for managing all aspects of the homebuilding process from pre-construction to closing. Work with city officials, sub-contractors, realtors, etc. to ensure timely construction of high quality homes and communities. Work with homebuyers all throughout the construction, closing, & warranty stages to ensure ultimate customer satisfaction.
4 year degree preferred; experience managing residential or commercial construction projects preferred; Ability to read & interpret plans, soils reports, other const. documents; Proficient computer skills (online scheduling software, Excel, Outlook, Word, etc.); Excellent communication skills (phone, email, text, etc.); Knowledge of & experience in managing SWPPP; Customer satisfaction is paramount so good communication and problem solving skills are essential; Good hard working attitude is a must!
