Xennsoft is seeking a Mid to Senior PHP Web Developer to join our team. You will be working with a team of developers to add new functionality into our current platform built on top of WordPress and Magento. You will be required to work on all aspects of the projects from frontend to backend and from design to implementation, testing, deployment and maintenance. We arent looking to hire someone to help us change the color of our buttons. We need someone who can solve real business problems and transform our customers experience through technology and development.
Xennsoft offers health, vision, dental, and Aflac. There are 10 paid holidays per year and two weeks of PTO the first year. We also have a 401K plan and a Flexible Spending Account available.
Required Skills
Experience with Linux
Strong background with HTML, CSS, PHP, MySQL, JavaScript/jQuery
Software Design Patterns (MVC) & PHP object-oriented programming
Comfortable using Git
Solutions-oriented thinking; always looking for the smart solution to a problem rather than jumping at the first answer
A desire to be personally responsible for production-level code
Bonus Qualifications
Developed Magento and WordPress extensions
MLM/direct sales experience
Zend Framework experience
