Supervise and coordinate the activities of the dental office staff, including receptionists, dental assistants, and hygienistsManage patient flow and schedule appointments, ensuring that the office runs efficiently and that patients are seen in a timely mannerHandle financial and administrative tasks, such as managing insurance claims and billing, preparing financial reports, and maintaining patient recordsPurchase supplies and equipment as needed, and maintain inventory levelsOversee the maintenance and cleanliness of the officeCommunicate with patients and staff, and resolve any issues or concerns that may ariseImplement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with dental regulations and standardsStay up-to-date on the latest developments in dentistry and office management best practicesJob Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent+3 years experience working in a dental office, with knowledge of dental terminology and proceduresExperience working with Open DentalExcellent organizational and communication skillsAbility to manage and supervise staff effectivelyProficiency with computer programs (Office and Open Dental)Attention to detailWell-organized and reliableWhat We'll Offer You:
