The Client Success Coach Role Our system is the combination of more than 120 best practices, developed and codified over 40
years in the industry.
It is implemented through one-on-one coaching, strategy, and training, all executed through our industry-leading marketing and business management CRM software.
You will be responsible for guiding your clients through the implementation of our strategies, using our technology, and getting them to execute on the plan we have outlined for them through weekly coaching calls or virtual meetings.
You will leverage your knowledge combined with our growth system and will be responsible for the success of your 60-80 clients.
This will grow into a Business Consultant role, which will then become an Onsite Consultant role, and Senior Strategist.
There is a long career path here if you love helping people.
Responsibilities Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and goals.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, concerns, and providing support.
Develop and execute personalized success plans for each client, outlining objectives and strategies for achieving them.
Conduct regular check-ins with clients to assess progress, identify challenges, and provide guidance and support.
Analyze client data and metrics to measure performance and identify areas for improvement.
Collaborate with internal teams, such as sales, product development, and customer support, to ensure client needs are met effectively.
Provide training and resources to clients to help them maximize the value of the product or service.
Proactively identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products or services to clients.
Act as an advocate for clients within the organization, ensuring their voice is heard and their concerns are addressed promptly.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in client success to continuously improve strategies and approaches.
