180Fusion is hiring a creative and talented Web Design Manager to join our fun and fast-paced internet marketing company. In this role you will be working together with both our internal marketing team as well as external clients to bring their websites and marketing campaigns to life. You can expect to be working on anything from Landing Page Optimizations, to full-fledged site designs and builds.
Currently, the Web Design Manager has two direct reports - one designer and one developer. The ability to keep track of fast moving projects and hit deadlines while effectively utilizing your team is critical.
In this position you will:
Design websites, landing pages, banner ads and corporate print collateral
Own and manage design asset library
Collaborate with marketing members on campaign ideas
Support social media/ employer branding initiatives
Collaborate on design related product pricing
Successfully manage a large and fast moving list of projects
You bring with you:
Required
Wordpress
Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Dreamweaver
Adobe Edge Inspector
HTML5
CSS3
PHP
WHM and cPanel
PHPmyAdmin
Mysql
Team management experience
Portfolio that represents good design knowledge and principles
Working knowledge of designing for SEO/ SEM
A relentless drive for results
Preferred
Javascript a plus
Joomla or other CMS technologies a plus
Indesign
Conversion Rate Optimization and Landing Page Optimization experience highly preferred

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
