Responsibilities
What our Customer Service Representative needs to know:
You get paid to work here, plus a little extra bonus every month
Take inbound calls from customers about their accounts, that s right, this is a phone-based position
Be a team player and help out your team, be positive and happy
Be sure you take good notes of every call, clear documentation makes for great service
Provide general information or transfer as needed
Help customers make a payment or set up a payment plan
No sales needed, but room to grow that direction if desired

Killer schedule: Monday Friday, 8:00am 5:00pm (hour lunch) some Saturdays required
Qualifications
High School Diploma
Required to work some Saturdays
