Receptionist / Personal Assistant I am seeking a full-time personal assistant/receptionist for my housekeeping company. Duties include (but are not limited to): Light bookkeeping (mostly invoices and taking payments.) Answering phones. Manage multiple calendars, contacts list, files and documents. Coordinating domestic and international travel arrangements. Training cleaners on the use of chemicals and cleaning techniques. Take charge of special projects as needed.
