We are looking for a friendly dental receptionist and billing coordinator to join our amazing team in our General Dentistry office location.
Awesome schedule full time hours but with long weekends Mon Tues Wed am pm with optional Thursdays.

Enjoy day weekends every week Competitive pay bonus and benefit opportunities PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES Responsible for maintaining appearance and order of dental office patient scheduling and patient management Patient check in and check out and insurance coordination.
DESIRABLES SPECIFIC DUTIES Reception Management Patient Management Records Management Insurance Communications Inventory Management Dental Benefits Plans Create and process dental insurance claims Reevaluate and resubmit rejected claims Consult with insurance companies and Medicaid on claims treatment plans and preauthorization Calculate dental benefits and copays with accuracy Customer Service Explain treatment plans to patients as well as cost estimates Assist patients with dental benefits plans and the development of payment plans for services not covered Follow up with nonresponsive patients to provide further information as necessary Schedule any unscheduled treatment SKILLS REQUIREMENTS.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
