Dental Office Manager
Experienced Dental Office Manager needed to help with a startup practice that is being incorporated into our education center and holistic whole health services center in Draper Utah.
As the project manager for this phase of development you would be responsible for building the structure protocols and processes that will set up a solid foundation for a highly efficient dental practice.
The perfect candidate will have years experience managing a successful practice and dental team.
Because this is a startup practice you would not be joining a functioning team already in place.
You will be the entire business team until the practice grows.
The job requirements initially will be all business functions of a highly professional dental practice.
Some coaching and training will be provided to ensure your professional success.
The ideal candidate will have experience in these areas Minimum of years experience managing a successful dental practice and team Ability to manage the practices schedule Excellent written and verbal skills Ability to bring in new patients through advanced marketing.
The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of dental procedures so they can present treatment to patients with confidence and knowledge Must be capable of presenting payment options and collecting money Must be able to multitask with confidence and grace Ability to pull reports from the practice software understand and present the findings to management HoursMondayFriday with some flexibility required for projects and events as needed.
