Client Care Coordinator
Aspen Valley Wellness is a progressive integrative mental health and wellness center combining traditional mental health therapy with cutting edge technologies for optimal mental health and wellness.
The Client Care Coordinator is the face of the office the clients first contact with Aspen Valley Wellness.
The Client Care Coordinator is primarily responsible to provide a warm welcoming confidential and supportive environment for clients and support clinical staff.
Answer phones respond to emails maintain office schedules anticipate needs of clients and offer clear information about services including risks and benefits.
Learn and understand the nuances of scheduling intakes and other appointments.
Uphold company policies concerning cancellations fees and documentation requirements.
Maintain accurate documentation of interactions with clients including phone calls billing issues emails issues with therapists or technologies in the electronic medical records.
Attend trainings as required by the Clinical Director or Program Manager.
Clean and maintain workspace therapy offices and reception area.
Keep track of inventory needs such a paper ink cleaning products beverages etc.
Coordinate with the Clinical Director and Program Manager regarding therapist and client schedules client issues or concerns personnel issues or concerns and office needs.
Any other duties that may be required from time to time.
Excellent customer service skills detail oriented selfstarter and ability to work independently.
Prioritize tasks effective and efficient communication with other staff members clients and other professionals.
Ability to multitask and learn quickly.
Basic computer skills maintain client confidentiality learn and understand different treatment modalities explain treatment options and coordinate services for clients.
Knowledge of HIPAA electronic medical records billing and insurance helpful.
