We are a busy Maternal Fetal Medicine office that specializes in treating women with highrisk pregnancies.
The medical front office scheduler position is an important part of our office.
Your role in assisting our patients with questions they may have while at their appointment as well as scheduling appointments both new patients and followup appointments is a vital part of our clinic.
Schedules and reschedules patient appointments for ultrasounds and other fetal testingmonitoring Inputs demographic and insurance information into the scheduling system Screens and reviews incoming faxes and referral forms Contacts referring offices for necessary medical records Manages incoming calls Provides support to both the patient and physicians throughout the appointment.
Works as a member of the front office team and assists in supporting other office personnel Performs other duties as assigned or requested One year related experience in clinical or officebased scheduling ideal Professional telephone etiquette Great customer service Ability to multitask.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
