The right candidate must be committed to providing excellent customer service to the many UFP patients and show a genuine concern for their well-being and outcomes.
A bachelor's degree, sales experience and cosmetic or medical background required.
Must be comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
Job
Responsibilities:
Responsible for providing patient education, coordination, and scheduling for facial plastic procedures for 3 top Utah facial plastic surgeons.
Assist surgeon and support staff in coordinating patient care.
Follow-up on patients interested in scheduling consultations.
Assist with patient payments and financing.
Work with other Patient Care Coordinators and help each other when needed.
Support patients through their surgical process from start to finish and ensure the best experience possible.
Pay dependent on experience with commission pay on top of hourly.
