Responsibilities:
- Be consistent with company culture of open communication and collaboration for the progress and growth of the children we are serving.
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for clients according to ABA standards.
- Supervise and train RBTs in the implementation of treatment plans and consistently monitor progress - Making sure the RBT has the needed curriculum, etc.
to implement services to the highest quality possible.
- Develop and provide training to staff, parents, caregivers, and other stakeholders on behavior management techniques - Collect and analyze data on client progress - Fulfill expected contractual requirements according to expectations and document all services given.
- Collaborate with other professionals , such as teachers, school administrators, OT, Speech, and other therapists, to provide comprehensive care - Comply with employment agreements, company policies and procedures, and all regulatory requirements.
- Strive for a standard of excellence and maintain ethical standards as required by the BACB.
- Maintain client dignity and confidentiality according to HIPPA law requirements.
- Keep a current valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and car insurance to transport yourself to clinic, home, school, and community locations.
- Pass a background check - Attend meetings and training sessions as required Job types:
Full-time, Part-time Work location - in person across locations Pay $65,000 -$85,000 per year Schedule:
The BCBA determines their schedule in how they will meet the required meetings and contractual obligations of their client caseload.
Most include day-time hours, including some late afternoon sessions Monday through Friday, and some availability on Saturdays.
Qualifications:
- Must be a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) licensed in Utah - Have a minimum of a Master's degree in psychology, education, or other related field - Have a minimum of 1-2 years of experience working with children with developmental disabilities and special needs, particularly those with Autism - Have a strong working knowledge of behavior management techniques and strategies - Have well-developed communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with other professionals
