We areimmediately hiringan RN or LPN for a client in Draper,multiple shifts available either 9am - 12pm or 8pm -10pm.
Theclient has aSCI, lots of cats, and is a joy to be with.
We also have other home care clients, andinfusion if you are interested in more hours.
$30-$45/hour depending upon license and experience.

Provide thoughtful care to clientbased on personalized Plan of Care Provide in-home assessments forclient Monitor and track changes in the client's conditions and needs, and keeps the Director of Nursing and any other appropriate personnel informed Proactively updates client's family on plan of care, health changes, and concerns Requirements for RN and LPN:
Current unrestricted RN or LPN license in Utah Certified CPR and negative TB skin test or chest x-ray Experience preferredin a home health agency, primary care clinic or health care facility Licensed driver with valid automobile insurance Must be able to stand walk, squat, bend, kneel, reach, twist, push and pull.
