We are immediately hiring an RN or LPN for a client in Draper, multiple shifts available either 9am - 12pm or 8pm -10pm.
The client has a SCI, lots of cats, and is a joy to be with.
We also have other home care clients, and infusion if you are interested in more hours.
$30-$45/hour depending upon license and experience.

Provide thoughtful care to client based on personalized Plan of Care Provide in-home assessments for client Monitor and track changes in the client's conditions and needs, and keeps the Director of Nursing and any other appropriate personnel informed Proactively updates client's family on plan of care, health changes, and concerns Requirements for RN and LPN:
Current unrestricted RN or LPN license in Utah Certified CPR and negative TB skin test or chest x-ray Experience preferred in a home health agency, primary care clinic or health care facility Licensed driver with valid automobile insurance Must be able to stand walk, squat, bend, kneel, reach, twist, push and pull.
