We are based in Draper, Utah and provide support to over 240 employees in Arizona, Colorado, Idaho, and Utah.
We are looking for an experienced Executive Assistant for our corporate home office.
The Executive Assistant will directly support the CEO and CFO of Caddis Capital Management and the President of Alpine Home Medical, managing several tasks at once and exercising good judgment in a variety of situations.
The Executive Assistant must have the ability to maintain a realistic balance among multiple priorities, work well under pressure, maintain strict confidentiality on sensitive items, handle a variety of tasks with discretion and professionalism.
This position reports directly to the CEO and CFO.
The position will be based in a professional work office in Draper, UT.
What Your Day Will Look Like:
Completing a broad variety of administrative tasks for the CEO and CFO of Caddis Capital Management, and President of Alpine Home Medical, including managing an extremely active calendar of appointments; completing expense reports, composing, and preparing correspondence that is sometimes confidential, arranging agendas for leadership meeting, and accurately compiling detailed minutes/notes of management meetings.
Light assistance for presidents of You Can and Copper Star Home Medical, namely assisting with meetings and travel coordination.
Planning, coordinating, and ensuring schedules of executives are followed and respected.
Planning and organizing President Meetings, kickoffs, and leadership events.
Functioning both as a gatekeeper and gateway while effectively managing executives' direct access, their time, and their calendars.
Organizing and maintaining paper and electronic files, scanning, and storing appropriate documents in secure folders.
Screening calls for executives and taking messages.
Updating and maintaining organization chart for CEO direct reports Approving and tracking paid time off Assisting with medical insurance payer contract updates.
Assisting with maintenance on copier and other office equipment.
Serving as a point of contact for vendors and contractors of several buildings.
Assisting with drafting new leases and lease addendums for buildings we own, managing lease expirations for buildings we rent.
Compiling/creating spreadsheets and slide show presentations for management and sales meetings.
Coordinating use of Enterprise Fleet and Wex fuel cards and overseeing for vehicle management.
Assisting with company culture (company-wide activities, employee spotlight, and Thankful Thursday).
Manage company homes (cleaning, maintenance, employee travel, etc.
).

A high school diploma, though a bachelor's degree is highly preferred.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
