- Provide administrative support to the office staff and management team - Perform general office duties, such as answering phones, taking messages, and directing calls - Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner - Manage and maintain office supplies inventory - Organize and schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements - Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, letters, and forms - Maintain filing systems, both physical and electronic - Assist with data entry and record keeping - Coordinate and manage special projects as assigned Skills:
- Personal assistant experience is preferred - Familiarity with dental office procedures is a plus - Excellent file management skills - Strong proofreading abilities to ensure accuracy of documents - Proficiency in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides) - Knowledge of front desk operations and phone systems - Exceptional phone etiquette with strong customer service skills - Ability to type accurately and efficiently This is a great opportunity for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and enjoys providing support in a fast-paced environment.
