Insurance Product Manager

Who We're Looking For - Insurance Product ManagerWe're in search of a dynamic and innovative Insurance Product Owner to join our team.
In this role, you'll oversee the entire life cycle of our products, from ideation to market launch.
You'll develop and execute product strategies and roadmaps that seamlessly align with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and marketing, ensuring the successful development and launch of products.
Additionally, you'll leverage user insights to identify new growth and product development opportunities.
This position requires building relationships with internal knowledge leaders and leading cross-functional stakeholders to gather business requirements and implement change effectively.
The ideal candidate makes data-driven decisions, excels in communication, pays attention to details, and thrives in solving challenges.
You'll need to work independently, taking initiative to prioritize and manage assigned projects while meeting deadlines.
While a degree is not mandatory, we welcome applicants with relevant experience and a proven track record of self-guided learning.
The Impact You Will Make Engage with internal and external stakeholders to comprehend their requirements and translate them into product features aligned with the product's purpose.
Monitor product performance and utilize data-driven insights to optimize the user experience and achieve business goals.
Identify new market opportunities and leverage user insights to conceptualize and develop innovative product ideas.
Effectively communicate product strategy, release plans and timelines, and status updates to both stakeholders and executives.
Work collaboratively with relevant stakeholders to manage product iteration backlogs, release timelines, and product updates.
Conduct industry and competitive analysis, assess market trends, and identify opportunities to enhance competitive positioning.
Stay abreast of federal and state regulations relevant to opportunities and projects, ensuring adherence to compliance standards.
What You Bring Demonstrated success in delivering customer-focused products, preferably in health care or insurance.
Strong communication skills and ability to represent technology products to customers both internally and externally.

years experience and knowledge of relevant regulations within the managed care industry.

years of experience in product management, business analysis, project management, product ownership, or a related field.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
Strong passion for technology, innovation, and product development.
Excellent analytical skills, including the ability to analyze complex data sets and present findings in consumable reports/presentations.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple deliverables simultaneously and meet compliance timelines.
Product Owner or Product Management certification preferred.
