Months (high possibility of extension) Key o Contribute to and execute on category strategy (including pricing, inventory, promotions)o Responsible for deals, key cultural, and retail moment execution as it relates to the category and our customerso Analyzing performance and driving recommendations for improvement/optimizationo In coordination with Marketing Manager, drive Calendar management and maintenance with consistent follow-up and status updates.o Work with Account and Category Managers to execute strategic initiatives in a holistic manner to improve buyer & seller satisfactiono Contribute to feature ideation and adoption for best on-site experience Preferred o 2-4 years of proven experience in buying, merchandising, or category management in retail or consumer products industry. E-commerce experience required.o Motivated to grow with an entrepreneurial mentality to drive performance against agreed important metrics.o Influencing & negotiating with internal & external stakeholderso Can communicate effectively in large or small group settingso Bachelor's degree requiredo Strong project management and problem-solving skillso Strong analytical skills and business sense in sophisticated data environment; ability to make the data speak volumes about program performance, trends and areas of opportunity For information and details on employment benefits offered with this position, please visit here.
