Responsibilities:
Manage a minimum of 4 email inboxes on a daily basis, respond to emails for him Manage calendar/organize schedule Send text message reminders for meetings Attend a couple of Zoom meetings a week to take notes/start the Zoom meeting Order Lunch Manage travel such as booking flights, hotels and rental cars Occasional random errands like dropping off at the airport, dog sitting (small dog), anything as needed to make his life easier.
Sync up nightly via phone to prepare for the next day Pay invoices/bills Receipt/Credit card allocation Skills:
Must be organized Be available nights and weekends (Day time availability varies) Own a car G-Suite experience Be flexible and adaptable Willing to go the extra mile Familiarity with DocuSign or other electronic signature platforms Experience in project coordination and managing deadlines Attention to detail for data entry tasks Previous experience in office management or as a clerk is a plus This is an exciting opportunity for a highly organized individual with excellent communication skills.
