PURPOSE OF POSITION:
To make minor repairs and perform basic maintenance items for buildings and equipment. Perform basic preventative maintenance procedures. Assist with construction and remodel projects. Assist Level II and III's with more technical projects.

PURPOSE OF POSITION:
To make minor repairs and perform basic maintenance items for buildings and equipment. Perform basic preventative maintenance procedures. Assist with construction and remodel projects. Assist Level II and III's with more technical projects.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Helper for Levels II & III
- Painting, staining, and sanding the interior and exterior of buildings
- Basic lubrication of motors and equipment (supervised)
- Belt adjustment and change on mechanical equipment (supervised)
- Learn and do the property control job, if requested or required
- Daily completion of work orders containing hours worked and materials used with a description of each job done
- Other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
- Capable of performing at least 4 of the listed skills
- Must be 18 years old
- Be able to read, write, speak and understand the English language
- Able to work in close quarters, from heights or underground enclosures
- Accepts direction and instruction readily, but may require full-time supervision
- Demonstrates aptitude for job duties
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable (insurable) driving record
- Able to work competently with basic hand tools
- Work night shifts and weekends as scheduled
- Lifting and carrying 25-50 lbs.
- Able to work in close quarters, from heights or in underground enclosures
