Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome clients and their pets to the veterinary clinic - Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage the front desk - Collect and update patient information in the computer system - Assist with filing and organizing medical records - Provide excellent customer service and address client inquiries or concerns - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment - Knowledge of basic animal care and behavior - Proficiency in computer systems and software We are looking for individuals who are passionate about providing exceptional customer service and have a genuine love for animals.
Experience with animals is required.
