Job Description:
In this role, you'll be a key player for our customers, providing expert support for our SaaS networking product.
You will troubleshoot and resolve issues related to our software, or to the customer network configurations, ensuring that our customers can leverage our solutions to their full potential.
Your deep understanding of networking principles will allow you to address both foundational network issues and software-specific inquiries, providing a seamless experience for our clients.
We expect you to be an outstanding communicator and listener with a professional yet friendly approach.
Duties and
Responsibilities:
Provide expert-level support to customers experiencing technical issues with our SaaS networking solution, including troubleshooting software functionality, network connectivity, and configuration problems.
Act as a first point of contact for technical inquiries, demonstrating a strong understanding of our software's architecture and networking principles to offer efficient solutions.
Collaborate with the rest of the team to report software bugs and suggest improvements based on customer feedback and observed trends.
Guide customers through setup, installation, and configuration processes for our SaaS products, ensuring optimal network integration and performance.
Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation and knowledge base articles to assist customers in self-service troubleshooting.
Participate in product training sessions and remain up-to-date on the latest features and updates to provide informed support.
Requirements and
Qualifications:
Technical degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields.
Experience in Customer Support/Customer Success tech role.
Experience in Networking and Network Monitoring tools.
Experience in Server Administration and Server Monitoring tools.
Critical thinking, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
Team player.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Good time-management skills and ability to work independently.
Plus:
Experience in the MSP space.
CCNA, CCPN, or Network
Certifications.
SNMP monitoring.
Cloud monitoring experience.
Server Administration and Hypervisors.
Windows Server experience.
Linux Server experience.
Scripting capabilities (bash, powershell).
Javascript ECMA5.
