LifeWave Inc. is located in Provo, UT currently and moving to Draper, UT in Jan 2024. We are looking for experienced and highly motivated Inbound Customer Services Representatives to join our team. This position plays a vital role in supporting LifeWave's customers through various media outlets such as phone, e-mail, chat, and social media. The right individual will have experience in customer service and sales and thrive in a collaborative and ever-changing environment and is excellent at building rapport and trust with co-workers and customers alike. Full-time position (40 hours a week) Must work on-site Monday thru Friday (no weekends) Casual dress What you'll do Have a customer-centric attitude while assisting our customers with every interaction Become an expert regarding our products, promotions, services, compensation plan, and policies & procedures to be able to support customer inquiries Generate and submit new product orders for existing and new customers Work with internal partners and customers to identify and resolve customer facing challenges Connect with customers by building meaningful relationships that support business success What you need 2
years of customer service experience preferred 1
years of contact/call center experience preferred Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Proficient with CRM, telephony, and online applications Minimum of 35 WPM Fluency in languages other than English welcome Availability to work a Full Time schedule Recommended Skills Call Centers Customer Relationship Management Customer Service Microsoft Excel Microsoft Office Microsoft Outlook Apply to this job. Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
