Information Technology Support Analyst

The IT Deskside Support Analyst, Mac & Proto is responsible for handling the daily maintenance of company IT & computer systems, reporting to the head of IT Operations.
This will be an office based role in our Draper, Utah office.
The role involves deskside and other applications support, therefore good communication skills are vital, with the ability to direct others (Proto) and explain solutions and instructions to users in clear, simple terms.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Provide technical support to employees in person, via phone, email, and remote access tools Provide technical support for Mac users Provide technical and logistic support for Proto communication devices including local and remote training, software updates, pack/unpack/setup/use.
(Training will be provided for Proto) Support scheduled Proto communications and events with local and global participants Provide technical support for Welcome Center tours including preprogrammed DMX cues Set up user devices with email accounts and various other software packages.
Install and configure appropriate software on a per-user basis Ensure security and privacy of networks and computer systems are kept updated Provide support to users on the operation of new software and computer equipment Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity Organize and schedule upgrades on user devices without disrupting workflow Provide remote support to Global team members Maintain user accounts through Office 365 Maintain printer and scanner functionality and liaise with vendors for any further troubleshooting QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE Degree in a technical discipline, or relevant experience 5
years' experience Proven experience as an IT Support Technician, L3 Helpdesk, or relevant position is preferred Mac OS & Office 365, experience essential Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud applications Experience with JAMF Experience with Active Directory In-depth understanding of diverse computer systems and networks Excellent problem-solving skills Good knowledge of Internet security and data privacy principles Experience with theatre or TV production is a plus Recommended Skills Active Directory Group Adobe Creative Cloud Apple Ios Communication Computer Equipment Data Protection Apply to this job.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
