Summary:
The Insurance Customer Service Specialists' goal is to work with the rest of the insurance team and management to ensure that we are compliant with all insurance regulations as we expand our portfolio.
The primary responsibility of the specialist is to engage with high volume of customers to resolve discrepancies, and tasks required as part of the insurance teams needs, all while maintaining a positive long-standing relationship with the customer.
Responsibilities The specialist will perform the following daily functions as part of the collections function.
Performing necessary (proactive and retroactive) customer contacts via email, app notifications, chat, SMS, or phone calls.
Record contact interactions completely and accurately within our tracking systems.
Work with internal departments to resolve disputes Follow up with customers and internal departments to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and positive customer experience.
Perform special projects as requested by management.
Meet daily and monthly performance standards Requirements Evidence of exceptional ability Proficiency in MS Office (particularly Excel or other databases) Call Center experience preferred Ability to prioritize and multi-task, with the flexibility to adapt quickly to change Detail-oriented, resourceful, and able to manage shifting priorities Excellent written and verbal communication skills required Ability to interact with internal and external customers positively and effectively Ability to work well with other in a collaborative team environment Recommended Skills Attention To Detail Call Centers Communication Conflict Resolution Creativity Customer Experience Apply to this job.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
