Responsibilities:
Provide tattoo and pigment removal treatments to patrons with empathy and compassion Consult with clients to understand their removal desires and answer any questions they may have Maintain adequate lead to start conversion rates by monitoring and optimizing operational metrics Maintain detailed records of client treatments and progress Maintain a clean and patron friendly office environment Order and maintain adequate inventory of supplies Follow all protocols Work with marketing to build clientele
Qualifications:
Aesthetician License (Preferred, not required) Excellent attention to detail and customer service skills Strong communication skills Experience in a consumer-facing environment Time management skills 1-2 years previous management experience Self starter/time management
