Summary:
We are seeking a professional and organized Receptionist to join our team.
As the first point of contact for our company, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive and welcoming environment for our clients and visitors.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be proficient in various office tasks, and possess strong organizational abilities.
Responsibilities:
- Greet clients and visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor - Answer phone calls and schedule appointments - Maintain office supplies and ensure inventory is stocked - Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages - Keep reception area clean and organized Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Proficiency in operating phone systems, including transferring calls and taking messages - Previous experience as a receptionist is a plus - Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively - Attention to detail in transcribing information accurately - Familiarity with computerized systems for managing appointments and calendars Pay is based on experience.
