Customer Service Representative
Zerorez is looking for an outstanding Customer Service Representative to join our Call Center!
In this exciting position employees relate to customers in an engaging, personable manner in order to fulfill the customer's indoor environmental needs. Duties include answering phones and directing calls, recording information, booking appointments, and contributing to the culture of enthusiasm and respect that is at the heart of who we are.
This is a phone position and as such requires professional communication skills and a desire to genuinely help the customer with their needs. It also requires:
-Excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills
-Excellent Keyboarding Skills
-Excellent Administrative Skills
-Minimum 2 Years Call Center Experience
