Residentail Estimator
Residential Builder needs Estimator to bid out jobs before construction, send out bid requests, track costs as invoices come in, set up scheduling charts and other related tasks
Must have experience with Residential Estimating and plan take off, be proficient with Excel, Word, Outlook, Adobe Acrobat and have experience with HomeDev & PlanSwift or able to learn knew programs with relative ease
