Professional Sales Associate

We are seeking experienced business development individuals with strong sales skills to join our team as Blueroof360 continues to grow in the market. This is a 100% commission-based position and includes tools, training and support. We will provide you with your own direct toll free extension w/ voicemail, company email address, as well as all necessary CRM software to track calls, leads, and sales. After completing our training program you may elect to work from your home office or our corporate office in Draper.
Duties / Responsibilities:
Cold calling leads from various sources and our database
Scheduling and conducting product demonstrations
Tracking an managing open leads using our CRM database and Microsoft Excel
Inbound/Outbound calls with prospects and potential appointments
Sending/Receiving emails to prospects and potential appointments
Providing initial discovery from prospects and qualification assessment
Achieving the minimum quotas for talk time, dials and appointments scheduled
Acts with self-direction to research and enhance prospect data
Communicates to all levels of an organization within the target companies
Provides follow-up for Blueroof360 marketing and lead generation initiatives, such as trade shows, newsletters, email campaigns, letter campaigns, etc. to book additional appointments
Skills / Qualifications:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Listens actively and able to multi-task
Builds strong relationships
Highly organized and extremely detail oriented
Understands and communicates Blueroof360 service offerings to prospects
Navigates corporate structures to identify decision makers and determine buying process
Operates comfortably in a self-directed environment
Basic working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems
Education / Experience:
Minimum 1 year previous sales experience
A general understanding of internet marketing and website development is required
Real estate industry experience is helpful, but not required
Website/CRM sales experience is helpful, but not required
Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
Workplace Requirements:
Works in a casual cubicle office environment using phone/computer
Located in Draper, UT or home office
Measurement and Compensation:
The Sales Associate's compensation is comprised of a competitive commission structure plus residual compensation based on performance.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
