Accounting Clerk

180Fusion Accountant will be responsible for accounting currently taking place in Los Angeles and Utah. The position is based out of Draper, Utah. The Accountant will prepare reports and statistical data detailing financial results. Establishes and maintains accounting practices to ensure data necessary for business operations is accurate and reliable. The Accountant will report to the CFO.
Primary
Responsibilities:
Prepares monthly Journal Entries
Maintain the fixed assets ledger for both books and tax purposes
Daily credit card reconciliation
Preparation of monthly and quarterly management dashboard of critical operational metrics
Assist with budget preparations
Prepare and analyze balance sheet reconciliation
Reconciliation of vendor invoices
Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
2-3 years of relevant experience
Knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles.
Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (vlookup, array formulas, pivot tables and charts)
Above average verbal and written communication skills
Results orientation
Ability to develop relationships with management and to partner effectively with other department business units.
Able to work in a fast paced environment, ability to prioritize workload.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
