Jr. HR Generalist
Global contact center is seeking a driven, proactive, and friendly Jr. HR Generalist to help the organization rise to the demands of rapid expansion and growth. Duties will include overseeing the administration of employee benefits, management of employee life cycle processes, and promoting adherence to HR policies and procedures. Additional duties will include providing positive customer service, planning corporate events, and supporting a culture of employee appreciation and empowerment.
Qualified applicants will possess the following:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills;
Robust experience driving processes and procedures;
Basic knowledge of HR principles and best practice standards;
2-3 years of HR experience, contact center experience a plus;
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite;
Strong attention to detail and follow through;
Proactive and responsive in addressing workplace challenges and employee needs.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
