Dance Studio Receptionist/Accounts Receivable (3 Evenings - approx 18 hrs)
Welcomes visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries.
Directs visitors; giving instructions.
Maintains safe and clean reception/common areas by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
Posts customer payments by recording cash, checks, and credit card transactions.
Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential.
Resolves collections by examining customer payment plans, payment history
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
