Due to a forecast of growth of our client NEST (www.nest.com) we are expanding our team! We are in need of 14 Customer Support individuals. These individuals will be taking order management support calls and potential customers with questions in regards to the nest product.
Hours of support 12pm - 10PM
$11 - $13 / Hour
We are looking to hire 10 Tier One Technical Support individuals. We are looking for people who are Tech Savvy AND friendly! Must be comfortable with the following
-Wireless Connectivity Issues. Must be able to step by trouble shoot wireless connectivity issues and be able to pin point and correct troubled area. A+ or Network+ preferred.
-Must have Technical Common Sense. We come across a lot of unique issues that need to be methodically and logically figured out.
-Must be an AWESOME communicator. Communication is KEY for this position. You must possess the ability to guide the customer step by step clearly and concisely.
Hours of support 12pm - 10PM

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
