Customer Service Representative

Efix Now is currently hiring for a full time Customer Service Representative. This is a great opportunity to work for a fast growing company in the IT industry. Individuals applying for this position must be able to meet the following requirements:
- Answer incoming phone calls with a positive attitude.
- Direct calls to the appropriate department.
- Answer customer questions.
This position is Monday through Friday. Benefits will be offered after 90 days of employment.
Individuals applying must have basic computer and phone skills and be able to pass a drug and background screening.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
