Inside Sales

We're looking for inside sales consultants who are self-driven with a good attitude and a desire to help our students and clients. Most of your time will be spent on the phone talking to pre-qualified leads that have already purchased packages with us.
Digital Success has moved to a new location with twice the room. We are looking to expanding from 30 to 40 employees over the next month, and there is always room for advancement based on your skills, abilities, and motivation!
Digital Success has always provided a fun, casual but career-oriented atmosphere. We have a very aggressive pay scale based on your performance for the week.
Responsibility's / duties
? Possess high level of confidence on telephone
? Learn terminology, and practices
? Must have strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication and listening skills as well as excellent problem solving abilities
? Predictable and reliable attendance is an essential function of the position, you must have a strong work ethic, be dependable, detail oriented, and goal driven
? Must be receptive to coaching and feedback, have the desire to meet / exceed goals and solve problems
? Must be a motivated self-starter who is willing to communicate and collaborate in an interdependent environment
? Demonstrate an excellent customer service attitude and courage to forge ?win-win? relationships

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
