Client Sales Representative
Allied Health Search is a nationwide Healthcare Staffing and Recruiting company. Our core competency is placing mid-level practitioners, Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants in permanent and locum tenens assignments. Allied Health Search is actively seeking an experienced sales or service candidate to join our staff as a Client sales and service representative. The client rep would be responsible for client development, contract negotiations, candidate staffing and scheduling. Work in a team environment and coordinate candidate scheduling activities in conjunction with in-house recruiters. Staffing experience is preferred but not required
Must speak and write English fluently.
Demonstrate problem solving and conflict resolution.
Collaborate with team members to identify appropriate client/candidate match for an assignment and or permanent job.
Must be able to sit at a desk at least 8 hours per day and be on the phone making outbound calls.
Must be computer literate and demonstrate the ability to negotiate a database tracking system.
Sales and/or service experience is required.
Self-starter and able to work independently.
