Purchasing Assistant

DR Horton, America's largest homebuilder, seeks a full time purchasing assistant for its Salt Lake City office. In this position you will be responsible to process invoices from subcontractors, managing contracts and documents and working with insurance companies for compliance issues. Organization and attention to detail are paramount to this position because of the amount of paperwork and information to process. Construction knowledge would be beneficial but not necessary. Excel, spreadsheets, JDEdwards, and insurance form knowledge helpful. Pay is DOE and includes excellent benefits package, paid time off, 401k. Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
