Front Desk Sales Associates & Assistant Manager positions

Massage Envy Draper is looking for outgoing, motivated and organized individuals to work at the front desk, provide excellent customer service to new and repeat clients, sell our Massage Wellness Program and assist the Clinic Manager in daily operations.
We are looking for someone who is self-motivated, has a professional attitude and appearance, and is a team player with the desire to grow both personally and professionally. The ideal candidate will have an appreciation for the benefits of massage therapy and a passion for health and wellness.
Experience overcoming objections to close a sale is a plus.
You must also be motivated to learn, which will require memorization of scripts, policies, procedures, by using workbooks and studying our training manual.
We are particularly looking for people who want to work in a friendly, healing environment and who want to help people.
Job Requirements:
Work a flexible 5 day schedule anytime between 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. Saturday, and 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Sunday; work schedule will include rotating weekends and possible holidays.
Sell our Membership Wellness Program to clients
Have computer experience and learn new software quickly
Knows what it means to act professionally at all times
Provide excellent customer service at all times.
Assist in maintaining a clean and professional front desk, reception area, and clinic.
Assist in administrative tasks including filing, member folder maintenance, and data entry of client records and surveys.
Assist in maintaining cleanliness of therapy rooms, common areas and store room.
Perform Various duties as assigned by Clinic Management.
Memorize Sales and other scripts quickly
Communicate effectively with clinic management
The ideal candidate will have:
An appreciation for the benefits of massage therapy and a passion for health and wellness.
Customer service experience combined with sales experience
The ability to thrive in a busy, fast paced, self-directed environment
Must have a stable work history and a strong work ethic.
Compensation and
Benefits:
Starting pay $8.50/hr until training is completed. $9/hr, after training is completed, plus bonuses on Membership Sales. Structured promotion plan that leads to total pay of $12 for Sales Associates and more assistant managers.
