OEM Service Representative
Description: StorageCraft, Inc. is looking for a qualified, talented OEM Service Representative in our Sales division to assist in our OEM sales efforts. This position requires a highly motivated individual to contribute and be part of a proactive, responsive and customer focused team. Individual must possess strong communications and problem-solving skills. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the ability to track multiple projects, work in a cross-functional environment, and effectively manage deliverables.
Duties:
Provide Customer Service to OEM Accounts, including Account Management and order fulfillment.
Work with the OEM and accounting teams to insure proper invoicing, billing and accuracy of reports.
New Partner on-boarding/enablement
Coordinate with StorageCraft's training and support teams to ensure timely partner training
Work with the OEM team to coordinate the completion and tracking of OEM licensing agreements.
Qualifications:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Software/Hardware background
Experience managing financial metrics, budgets, quotas, and P&L's
Experience with Purchase Orders
Customer and Partners facing presentation and interaction skills
Experience with CRM
