Sales Professional

Seeking a sales professional to advance the sales of DDC controls and service in the Utah area through the development of relationships with owners, contractors and consulting engineers.
Responsibilities:
Establish relationships with key consulting engineers, mechanical contractors and building owners.
Aid consulting engineers with writing control specifications.
Attend pre-bid meetings, job walks and client meetings to assess project requirements.
Estimate and provide proposals for new installation or retro-fit control projects and service contracts.
Negotiate sub-contracts and purchases.
B.S. in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or Computer Science.
2-4 years previous sales experience in construction or service.
Must be well spoken and possess excellent writing skills.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
