Receptionist

Primary duties include:
-Phone reception
-Scheduling patients
-Checking patients in
-Accounts Receivable
-Invoicing and order confirmations
-General transaction record keeping and filing
-Report generation
-Other office and administrative duties, as assigned by superior.
-Minor troubleshooting and cleaning of Hearing Aids
Preferred Requirements for this position:
-Excellent customer service
-Great attitude and personality
-Attention to details, organized and the ability to think analytically and independently
-Excellent communication skills, both verbally and written
-Experience with accounting processes and procedures a plus
-Proficient in QuickBooks and Excel

Compensation: $12.00 to $15.00 DOE
Our local Hearing Aid Centers are experiencing tremendous growth! We are looking for mature, personable team members who are compassionate and comfortable with the elderly. Previous hearing center, medical or dental office experience preferred. You must be teachable and willing to learn all aspects of the business. Previous QuickBooks experience is a plus. Customer service experience is a must. We are in need of someone who is team and detail oriented and who can work well in a high demand atmosphere. The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
